The Point of Sale (POS) is the daily workspace for your staff. It is optimized for touchscreen speed.

Interactive Floor Plans (Ch 6.2)

Unlike standard POS systems, Dine Docket allows you to design your floor plan visually. You can move tables, add decorative objects, and set different plans for different floors (Ground Floor, Rooftop, etc.).

Placing Orders (Ch 6.4)

  1. Select **Order Type** (Dine-In, Take Away, or Delivery).
  2. For Dine-In, click a table to open the order.
  3. Add items from the menu grid.
  4. Click **Place Order** to send to the Kitchen (KOT).

Split Bill (Ch 6.9)

Supports two types of splitting: 1. **By Item**: Move specific dishes to separate invoices. 2. **By Share**: Divide the total total into equal payments (e.g., 3 ways).

Register Details (Ch 6.16)

Every cashier must "Open Register" with an opening balance. At the end of the shift, the system generates a summary of Cash, Card, and Digital payments to ensure the drawer balances perfectly.
